I should have started this yesterday, but there is no time like the present... right?
This is going to be my "keto" diary. I am not doing this for others to hold me accountable.
I am doing this hoping that this will help keep me on track.
I am not sure I will share this and I am not sure how long I will keep this going...
Anywho... Day One was hard.
I failed and won and failed.
I need to figure out more snacks and I need to eat more calories.
My intention is not to starve.
This is what happened yesterday.
I hope you can see that.
I did not know until after I logged my eggs, that they were a carb a piece. I hate egg whites, so I will have to get over that. I feel I did well for the beginning of the day. However, I became busy between lunchtime and dinner. I think this was a mistake. I was not able to eat something until almost 10pm. Because of this, I just ate cereal with milk. This destroyed my carb limit for the day (possibly for the week). It did save me because it added calories that I needed to ensure I was not below 1200 calories for the day.
While I lost the carb game, I won the "not starving" game.
I need more keto snacks in my life. Seriously NEED.
Anyway. I guess I will be back tomorrow with today's food log in.
