...and I am back!

Good Day!

Two days ago, I restarted the keto lifestyle.

Why??  Because I feel its the only way that I have been able to lose weight recently.
I also don't like the way I look in clothes, but that could be another issue altogether.

So far, it's been good.

I will try to post my calorie in take and macros in the blog. Once again, I am using My Fitness Pal to keep up with my food intake I would like to eat about 1325 kcals a day, but so far I have not made it to 1200. I'm not hungry, so I guess it's o.

Oh... I guess for full disclosure, I will post my weight as of Monday, September 9th.
